So maybe not the hair, but when I saw this look I thought Bridal Shower. The girly breezy dress with a tailored jacket is perfectly current without being to fashion forward for even your most conservative Aunt. I would leave the boots at home and do a great nude pump.

How to Wear the Trends

You can love the looks on the Runway but how can you wear them in your every day lives. I will be pulling looks from the Fall 2010 shows, lets see if we can incorporate them into our own wardrobes or at least use them as inspiration.

I know that this look was on the Fall runway but it makes me think Spring. I think this look is perfect for lunch with the girls. We can all wear a great pair of tailored pants and I love how this rest on the ankles. Bold colours and a great belt work for every one.

It's Spring Time at H&M

When talking about Democratic Fashion how can one not speak of H&M. I just picked up the H&M Spring magazine and it is full of light, fun, springy pieces. H&M publishes a magazine for each season and they are available free at every store location. This issue is packed with spring trends, new ways to wear denim and a wonderful article about the who's who in the front row, it may surprise you whose there. I suggest you pick one up today.

French Vogue Blacklisted

Drama in Paris. This year at the Balenciaga Fall 2010 show you would not have seen Carine Roitfeld (Editor in Cheif of French Vogue) or any other members of French Vogue for that matter. Roitfeld told WWR, "We're blacklisted. It's too bad, it's a beautiful house and it's French. I hope that it's not forever." She went on to say that Balenciaga no longer advertises in the magazine or loans them clothes. There is some speculation over the possible reason why this has happened but because Balenciaga refuses to comment no one knows for sure. I'm sure the reason will come out soon enough, but until then, guessing is just as entertaining.
